Orwell Housing Association is the Chair of the SNAP consortium and is the lead contractor for the two contracts that SNAP has successfully been awarded to date - CARA and Holistic Floating Support.

CARA is a Suffolkwide gateway for accessing the Holistic Floating Support Services.

SNAP will deliver holistic floating support for 6 of the 7 Districts in Suffolk (Waveney was won by Flagship Housing Group).
